I tried the free session for tutapoint and the tutor was okay. So, I bought the platinum package because finals was coming up. However, the sessions I had with the other tutors was horrible. One tutor was reading definitions straight off of Google word for word. And another was asking me if that's how you do it. But, what annoyed me the most was the last session I had she kept telling me that my teacher was teaching incorrectly and also I could hear her friends making snide comments and laughing. So, if you want to waste your money and get help from tutors who aren't even sure about anything then tutapoint is for you.
In summary, I would not recommend Tuta Point to a friend.
