I would rate this company in minus if I could. They are running a scam site. They charged me saying this is a special rate for repeating customers for a lifetime. They automatically charge to my card on file despite of saying they won't. I had to call my credit card company and they couldn't resolve the issue so they said we can't do anything let us send you a new card. My credit card company figured out that this company is a fraud!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!!! Customer service is awful and tell you you are right, we understand. They should be put in prison for running this kind of operation. They are running the company overseas and getting away with it all. FIND ANOTHER WAY TO TUTOR YOUR KIDS! SHAME, NOT WORTH THE AGGREVATION! In summary, I would not recommend TutorVista to a friend.
